Barely made it today.
For those of you who don't say I eat properly....

you're probably right.

And sadly.... this will barely last me until next weekend. But at least I'm hydrated, right?

I started a recycling program at work, and Vitamin Water bottles make up 90% of the plastic. It is soo addicting!

I hear that there is no recycling plant for plastic bottles here in Tucson, so those bottles we "recycle" just get trashed. It could be rumour, but I heard it from a very reliable source. Check it out...

Vitamin water is more corrosive to your tooth enamel than Lemonade, orange juice, sports drinks like Gatorade or Power Ade, and even Coca-Cola. It seems like a good idea but if you lose your teeth, your health isn't far behind, vitamin enriched or not.

I also hear that if you drink too much vitamin water, like two or more a day, your body gets too many vitamins in it's system and you get the runs to flush them out.

This is true... your body throws out vitamins after a certain point.
But I don't eat much, so I get most of my vitamins through pills and drink.
I have very expensive urine.
